Group challenges. Difference in opinions and styles of working.
What are you most excited about (this can be anything academic, inside this class or in other classes)?
Being able to use this class and other classes information that I learn and apply it into the "real world".

Good post. I agree that working with a group can be challenging. We need to discuss and define ground rules and processes for the group. I feel that learning to work effectively in a group will also lead to what you are excited about (apply it into the "real world"). In today's workforce, group collaboration is everywhere.
